Junior Academy Award Scheme

For new players under 8 years of age, we have an introductory skills challenge award scheme. There are 10 certificates to be gained, Bronze, Sliver, Gold, Diamond & Platinum in Level 1 & Level 2. Each award has a Putting Challenge, Chipping Challenge, Long Shot Challenge , Pitching or Bunker Challenge & a task Challenge. Click the links below to open up the challenges.

When children start lessons in the 9-15 year age group, they will start on the ROOKIE or TOUR skills challenges depending on their age.

The ROOKIE & TOUR challenges is a nationally run skills challenge, which we use in our coaching programme. Children can actually register online and compete nationally if they wish, if not we can just use the challenges as a way to monitor progress.
