Welcome to the Chesfield Downs Golf Junior Academy website.

This website gives specific information regarding the Chesfield Downs Junior Academy coaching programme, private junior coaching and competition play.

We coach children from as young as four years of age, we have children from as young as five playing in our Par 3 competitions.

Our lessons are structured into 3 age categories, Early Learning 4-8 years ans our Learn & Play Groups for 7-11 or 9-15 years.

The Junior Golf Programme has been specifically designed for both boys and girls from 5 –8 years & 9-15 years of age.

The Junior Programme is a scheme that teaches you everything you need to know about playing the game, but the good news is, it’s based on fun!

Children are rewarded with a certificate for each stage they pass.

Chesfield Downs Golf & Country Club have also been accredited with ‘Golfmark’ & Clubmark’
accreditations for it’s good practice and policies with respect to junior golf.
